3) Invest or co-invest with the customer.
4) Recruit and train local operators.
5) Combine AI-driven optimisation with local knowledge development.
6) Execute an end-to-end solutions plan.
Our approach is always to create long-term value and alignment. Accordingly, we invest in training and developing the knowledge base of local operators. This may include partnering with a local university to develop a pipeline of talent to support projected future needs.
